This is an old post, but I couldn't resist - I've had what I'm guessing is dyshidrosis since I was a child - small, insanely itchy bumps that would rupture and scale over. They were between the toes, and along the insides of the arches - never the outside, where the skin was thick. They went away in my teen years, and came back in my 20's, but on my hands...
