I was diagnosed with IBS back in April, after suffering for 2 years from terrible bloat, constipation, stomach pain, etc... I finally went to a gastroenterologist a few weeks ago who tested me for celiac based on my symptoms. Being that I'm completely gluten free due to my IBS diagnosis (or misdiagnosis lol), my blood results were negative, as expected...
