    Hi, I have eaten at two different Indian restaurants recently, and got sick afterward. I'm a vegetarian, so their menus are quite attractive. Being new to this, I always forget to ask if they use flour as a thickener. Does anyone know if Indian restaurants use a lot of flour to thicken?
