    I had an experience on Siesta Key, FL that I thought I would share in case someone searches for places to eat on SK. Eat Here Siesta Key offers a Gluten-Limited menu rather than a Gluten Free menu. The menu goes on to state that only 1% of the population has a "true" gluten "allergy"... Oh boy. Not a safe restaurant for Celiacs and no point in educating...
