Hi! I have been on a gluten free diet for 12 months apart from minor accidents when dramatic symptoms materialised. Could anyone possibly advise me how much gluten I am advised to consume over what time period for the results of a biopsy to be meaningful? I hope someone can help me here. Thank you very much. Kirsty
