Are many of you going crazy watching your spouse (in my case, my wife) with the significant limitations in the diet? I am very frustrated with the poor breads on the market at health food stores. OH, you can freeze it, then fix it and watch it crumble into a lousy mess not worth eating, or you can butter the hard ones, which is a pain, and produces still a poor quality bread for eating. I work, and hate, hate, hate cooking. Of the lousy breads my wife has tried, only one does she even begin to like barely...The Brown Rice Bread by Ener-G foods. But it is hard, and has be be buttered to endure the stuff. I don't have time, nor energy to be baking things at night, when we are home.
