  1. Or maybe it's the fact that I have only been gluten-free since Sunday (Had a lapse over the weekend), and stuff is still going through my system?
  2. Hi, I am trying to work out what I have had a reaction to. For lunch today I had a mixed salad (lettuce, carrot, purple cabbage) with prawns (from the deli) and grape tomatoes and thousand island dressing (Kraft which according to their website is gluten free) and I feel that I have had a reaction to it. Could it be the prawns?
  3. Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows of the products I can get from the deli's in Coles and Woolworths that are gluten-free? I am thinking of shaved chicken breast etc and other luncheon meats. Also I'm assuming the roast chickens they have are not gluten-free? Thanks
  4. Hi, I have just been told by my specialist to start my gluten free diet. I had my gastroscopy on Friday and I have to go back and see him in two weeks, but I have to go gluten-free between now and then. How long does it take for the symptoms to subside?? I am now learning that gluten free does not always mean wheat free?? Guess I should visit...
