I am a healthy male of 43 years. I am 5'11", 190 pounds. I am healthy - no complaints, and not being treated for any illnesses. However, it seems that whenever I eat grains or sugars and even complex carbohydrates, I get very weak, have deep aches in my neck, shoulders and on the insides of my arms. Sometimes it spreads to the first joints of my fingers....
