  1. Post your thyroid lab results here! Check your morning temps too. This is often a very good indicator of thyroid function. First few days of your period is the best time to check, but just before you hop out of bed will likely give a good indication too. Non digital is best, but you can use one if you allow the thing to keep going after the beep for another...
