For the man who has been prescribed Sub for pain. It will cause constipation. Ask your Dr for a Lactulose prescription. Usually 3 x 30gm a day. I weigh 145 and use just one. It's a very sweet easy to drink laxative, you can mix it with food, shakes, water, whatever. I drink it straight and then wash it down with H20. You will need to find the right...
