  1. Hey there, I am trying find out how would one go about becoming a certified gluten free consultant? Which would allow them to be a consultant for a restaurant or manufacturer? Educating them how to keep a gluten free environment and ensure food safety reduce risk of cross contamination? Know of any program out there?
