What else could it be from? I've taken all other steps.. Allergy medicines, eye creams, sleep, water, etc.. Puffy eyes don't run in my family, and I know it's a symptom from eating foods containing gluten. -

Ever since I can remember, I've had puffy eyes. I get a lot of sleep, drink plenty of water, but I heard that gluten in your diet if you're intolerant can cause puffy eyes. My eyes are extremely puffy and pink /red (not my actually eye, but the skin under and above them). It's very annoying and makes me insecure. I went on an all gluten free diet for awhile...
