Hey there! I worked at Chili's for 6 years- 2 of them while gluten-free and so I know what I could and couldn't eat. The chicken they put on ANY item is marninated in a teriaki sauce w/ soy sauce in it. However- A little known trick... ask for the Ceasar salad chicken, it is not mar. and gluten-free

hey there- i am new to this board.. what a great resource i was missing out on! i am celiac and i have a 6 month old who is starting out on solids- i am going to put her on gluten-free diet until i can get her tested- how early can i do this? any advice on this would be great! thanks! jaime gluten-free since 2002
