I have just recently been diagnosed with Gluten Intorance. I am doing well on the diet, but I had a salad with traces of groutons and two days later I have a mouth full of ulcers inside and on my lips. I just wonder if anyone out there has had this happen to them. The same thing happened during the hurricane I ate gluten because there was nothing to eat...
