ARCHIVED Validation Of Celiac Screen Results

Hello, I had a celiac screen blood test. Results: 4.8 U/ml (standard seems to be between 0 and 40). I avoided Gluten 3 days before the test. Does this make the test meaningless? Thank you in advance.
