Has anyone had a problem with the gluten-free pumpkin pancake mix from trader? My five year old has celiac and I feel like he had a reaction from this product but it's so hard to know with him

My son has celiac and is almost five years old. We have done an extremely strict gluten-free diet for 4 1/2 months but he still doesn't seem well to me. He's still getting constipated and seems tired just to name a few symptoms. Celiac is in my family so I am very aware of cross contamination and checking products for hidden gluten.
