Hi everyone. I've recently discovered that I am intolerant to the four things in the title: gluten, yeast, wheat and soya. I'm not going to try and cut them out for a few months but obviously they cover quite a lot of foods and I'm struggling to be positive about the prospect! Sorry for such a vague question, but I was just wondering if anyone had any good...
