  1. If you're in Canada, some of the President's Choice soups at Superstore are gluten-free. I found a black bean, a lentil, and even a Cream of Mushroom.
  2. When my stomach is completely empty, I get really, painfully bloated. Like, looking pregnant bloated. Is this another symptom of celiac disease? It's really irritating, because being gluten-free has gotten rid of my bloating, except when I'm starving! Thanks in advance!
  3. Before I went gluten-free I had a lot of food problems. But now that I'm on a 100% gluten-free diet I can suddenly handle things like red meat, pasta sauce, and milk, which before made me extremely sick.
  4. My (Canadian) university uses Aramark services, and they actually make me gluten-free meals. We also have a lot of kids on other dietary restrictions, ie. Muslim halal, vegetarians, lactose-intolerant, Jewish kosher, etc., who get their meals made by Aramark.
