Now that the Food Allergen Labeling Bill will take effect in January 2006, how will that help us? If we see that the food does not have a "contains wheat" label, what else do we have to look for? What are the hidden sources of barley, rye and oats? I know we need to look for malt -- even rice malt and the following foods which may have barley...
