Thank you for your reply! I have decided that I will not take the gluten challenge and tests right now. I seem to not react to cross contaminated foods...and seem to have a more mild react to gluten than a lot of celiacs. That being said I do have all those symptoms and history in my family of other symptoms and complications...we really look like a classic...
