  1. I am so scared to feed her gluten that I barely have given her any. I haven't noticed symptoms - but I really haven't given her much at all. I know what it feels like to eat it when you can't so I just cringe at the thought of feeding it to her, but I don't want to deprive her of it if she can have it. That is why I figured I would just get some tests...
  2. I have celiac and I want to test my one year old. Do I use her pediatrician? or an allergist? or a pediatric GI doctor? I know don't even know where to start or what to ask for during the test? Should I request a stool test be done because I have "heard" blood test are not always accurate? Thanks so much ahead of time for the advice!! -MJM
  3. Sandy Thank you so much that is exactly what I needed!
  4. I have a 7 month old and I am a celiac. It appears as though she is having a reaction to rice cereal (a rash on her face) and I want to try giving her Oatmeal cereal as an alternative but I don't know if that is a good idea or not due to my allergies. I need something to feed her in place of the rice cereal to see if stopping the rice cereal clears up her...

  6. Can someone please tell me if Luna Bars are safe? It says they are wheat free, but not sure if they are gluten free? THANKS!!
  7. I went there 3 years ago and I didn't get sick once. They naturally eat almost everything gluten free. I brought some of my own stuff, but I mainly ate out and it was not bad at all!
  8. This has probably been posted before, but I thought it may help the new people (like me). The following is the e-mail response I got from Heinz regarding their gluten-free products: As you requested, the following is a listing of all of our products that do NOT have gluten containing ingredients. If the product you asked about is not on this list, then...
  9. I would love to learn how to make gluten-free Cheese Sticks and other fried foods? I am even willing to go out and buy a deep fryer or what ever it takes. I miss my cheese sticks. Thank You
  10. Thank You! Thank You!!
  11. Is there anything safe to eat at Applebees? I have to go there for lunch because I have a client who refuses to eat anywhere else! Maybe a salad? But are their dressings safe? THANK YOU ahead of time!
  12. Thank You! I am going to go look for this stuff tonight!!!!
  13. I am 9 weeks pregnant (yeah!) and I am craving cereal. I am sick of eating Cocoa Pebbles, so I bought Corn Pops and the package said "Wheat Starch." I am too afraid to eat them now. Are there any other cereals we can have? Is there any "safe" Oatmeal? Thank you so much! -MJM
  14. I am going to Oahu, Hawaii for Christmas this year. I would love to hear any suggestions or information on gluten free places to eat. Thank you so much ahead of time!! (I get nervous about traveling without knowing a couple of "safe" places ahead of time)
