I completely understand your feeling of just wanting to feel healthy!! Hi Goregemom, When I did a gluten challenge (for 4 weeks) after being gluten free for 6 months I became increadably ill (many other symptoms besides intestinal)...worse than I ever was even before stopping the gluten from the beginning and once I stopped it again I felt really terrible for another week and a half and I am now slowly starting to feel better... -

Hi, I just finished doing a gluten challenge (only lasted 4 weeks) and I would never recommend it!! I had been on a gluten free diet for 6 months, doing better but still having some symptoms. Anyways, within 2 days of gluten challenge I was very ill... And as the weeks went on I got worse and worse. Now, having been off gluten again for 3 weeks I am still...
