Does anyone know if the Zojirushi Mini, model BB-HAC10 is suitable for baking gluten-free bread? I know it is not fully programmable and has more than one rise cycle, but I like it's compact size. It makes a small 1 lb loaf so you can bake FRESH bread more often. I know the Zojirushi BBC X20 model is recommended for gluten-free bread since it is programmable...
