I hope I'm typing this in the right place, anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for the response. Not exactly what I was hoping for, makes it hard to figure out where the gluten came from. Hi I'm sort of new to this. I eat out a lot and I'm trying to identify resturants that may be causing problems for me. I was wondering how long it usually takes for the symptoms to appear after eating gluten and how long they last. Thanks, Pete
