I would be very aware of the zatarain jambalaya mix! It says on the box gluten free but is still being made in a facility with products that are not. I purchased a box and were sick for several days because of the gluten. Maybe some with celiac that are not as sensitive to gluten as I am may be able to tolerate it. But still I would advise not trying...
