Does anyone have a recipe for gluten-free apple fritters? I've been searching and searching and cannot find one. I didn't think it would be so difficult. I had promised I'd bring apple fritters to Thanksgiving dinner and my brother-in-law has Celiac Disease and I'd like him to be able to eat the fritters. I also need a veggie recipe, but I'm sure I can find...
