Greetings all! I'm trying to find a good method of creating beef jerky, that is totally gluten-free! My best mate is a "jerky-junky" & was diagnosed as a celiac-ian not long ago... Down here in Australia we can't get any gluten-free (read as soy sauce-based), store bought jerky at all - well, not that I can find! So, I am hoping that someone out...
