I had been off of gluten for 3 weeks or more. I know I'm surprised they didn't say anything either and I didn't know not eating it was going to be a big deal. I was so eager to feel better I was willing to try anything and quickly! I did tell my doctor that I was gluten free and he said there could be a chance of a false negative because of it.
