  1. Some of the gluten free products ive tried seem to still cause a reaction. Im intolerant to eggs as well so I know gluten free bread wont work for me. However nairns gluten free oat cakes and gluten, wheat, dairy free pasta seems to react as well. The ingredients for the pasta is basically maize flour. Anyone know why this might be? Thanks Matt
  2. Thanks for your reply. Ive spent 18 months doing elimination diets and ive been tested for cealic diseaae which returned negative. The company I used for intolerance testing has helped me eliminate eggs which qas one food I always had and that has helped. I know with gluten free bread it was the eggs giving me a reaction.   3. Hi Everyone, After having some tests done im intoerlant to the following: gluten,eggs, almonds, crustacean mix and hazelnut. This makes sense to me, but now its a challenge to remove gluten most of all, and the informtion out there is often totally contradictory.
