  1. Thank you for your quick response! As I always do, I headed over to Bob's Red Mill online and found their Open Original Shared Link. I'll give that a try and thank you for the advice.
  2. Hello All ~ I am new to gluten-free baking, hence the reason why I don't understand the ingredients in this recipe. It calls for 1 cup of Tapioca/Arrowroot flour. Just exactly what does this mean? ½ cup tapioca flour + ½ cup arrowroot flour? Tapioca flour or arrowroot flour? Baking challenged, Paula Jo
