Greetings, I am Chris, a Chef and my mother has recently come down to be celiac. I am trying to somewhat master bread for her as she is having problems finding a nice one. I just had my third attempt at making one and the texture is great, the flavor is nice, But the top of the bread is just cracked and is unusable, making it hard to cut etc. ...
