Someone was telling me today there is a difference between certified gluten free labels and just gluten free labels? I thought this was the same thing. I live in Canada and from what i understood if something is labelled gluten free then it is 100% safe. Am i wrong in thinking this? Sorry not necessary eating out at restaurants, but as a newly diagnosed celiac i was wondering how helpful you guys have found bars/clubs in ordering drinks out. Are most bars and clubs stocked with the gluten free alcohol and are they willing to help out? May be a dumb questions as i know this will vary greatly depending where you are, just wondering...
