    Thank you ravenwoodglass for your reply. I have been tested for B-12 levels and have asked doc to check Gliadin antibodies which I read are proteins in blood that react with celiac. I also follow FODMAP and take great care in the kitchen with all items used for cooking to avoid cross contamination. The frustration as many know, is everything comes out...
