Looks like I should go back on gluten for six months -- which I believe is how long one needs to back on it in order to get a proper test, then get officially tested for celiac and gluten intolerance. If the tests come back negative, then I stay on gluten... On the other hand, it does seem possible that for some people (me?) even a major reduction...
