My son in law is celiac and diabetic. He was diagnosed with celiac a year before he was diagnosed diabetic, and he only has to take pills, not insulin. He is doing pretty good, my daughter is a nurse and watches his diet....my worry is this: I want to cook a really good Christmas dinner that will be celiac and diabetic friendly....any recipes or...
