I just spent 7 days in Disneyworld, I have Celiac's and I am very sensitive. There was no place I couldn't eat, they were so accomadating in the park. I never got gluten once! Downtown Disney has a gluten free bakery that has yummy donuts. I had a good experience at the Rainforest Cafe, too. The chef came out and some with me and took his time to find out...
