  1. Has anyone tried Einkorn and what was your experience? I know there is no evidence to support that it is okay for Celiacs, so I am hoping to hear from people who have tried it and what the results were / how you felt. I have been gluten free for 5 years, and the 2 times I accidentally ate gluten during that time I became very ill, so am hesitant to try...
  2. I was not celiac, but decided to go gluten free 4 months ago. Gluten never bothered me before. Two hours ago I ate gluten for the first time (hamburger bun). I now feel weak, dizzy, and nauseous. I feel like I was drunk and am now very sick. Is there any way to help with this or make this go away? How long until this ends? Sorry if this is in the wrong...
