Hi..yes I can remember the day I was told I could eat toast..I eat pretty well but have never concentrated on gluten free..fruit veges and some meat basically..eat from the ground ,from the sea, from a tree..easy..haha.

I'm now 42 and and struggling with digestion for last. 5 years..ears are ringing..mouth feels tingly and makes me get twitches and stop breathing when I fall asleep..symptoms go up and down constantly..along with the sleeping..can't cope with it
