Hello! I am newly diagnosed with Celiac and I am trying to navigate the gluten free diet. I have been gluten free for 11 days and counting! I feel run down, like I am getting a cold or my allergies are acting up! Has anyone else experienced this while going gluten free for the first time? Thanks!
