Does anyone know if there is gluten in western family hot cocoa?? I was just diagnosed with celiacs last week and I am clueless of most things. I have searched the internet and can't seem to get a clear answer (So frustrating!). I drank some a few hours ago and now I am having pretty bad abdominal pain. Thanks guys!
