I have been eating gluten free for 8 years now and usually have yearly blood tests to see how I am doing. They have all been ok until this year my Gliadin AB, deamidated IgA results were 20.4 indicating it was a weak positive (20-30). Does that mean I am eating gluten that I don't know about - maybe from cross contamination or something else? I never...
