I am currently suffering the same pains you describe . I am on the maximum dose of nystatin. Pain started at my right wrist and has extended so far to my shoulder. Now I think my right leg is getting sore. I am tired as well. I am hoping it is candida die-off. After 30 years trying to find the answer to candida it would be a miracle to get well. So...
