Thank you GlutenFreeMomma and LookingforAnswers. I read an article saying that once a person with celiac/gluten intolerance cuts out gluten in their diet, their bodies react more strongly to even smaller amounts of gluten as opposed to before they stopped eating gluten. I think there may be grain of truth to it...I've been eating gluten and wheat... -
