Hypo = Hypoglycaemia = Low Blood Sugar. It's only of the symptoms of Coeliac disease but I didn't know that. Got better once I went gluten free. -

Hi all. I think I've been glutened and the only thing I can put it down to is blackcurrant cordial, it's the only thing I've changed in my diet. Yesterday I had a bad hypo that I've not had in many years, and although I slept very well last night, I woke up this morning and I feel worn-out and my joints ache. Feel like I've been glutened but not...
