How is it possible that after 2 years of being gluten-free and dairy free that my lipid panel (cholesterol, tryglycerides etc) are soooo elevated that in 3 mo. time if there is no change i need to go on statins....I'm a 49 year old female, exercise, weight normal...are genetics dooming me! Anyone else as frustrated???
