Hi, im 29 years old now and had colitis from been 20! Never really tried any diets or anything and I currently take 4 mazazaline a day! But tbh I just tent to feel more bloated taking them! I can eat then 2 mins later feel like I want toilet but sometimes just Mucas and Gas! No stools! Is this normal? I don't get any pain tbh...
