Thanks for your sugestion I was hoping that some one might have a tried and true recipe. I will keep checking and if I find a good recipe I will share it. My husband is a real cookie monster and I would love to make him a gluten free pfeffernuesse cookie for Christmas.

My husbands favorite Christmas cookie is the pfeffernuesse cookie. I need a gluten free recipe for these. Can anyone help me, or give me some advice.
