I know this topic is super old, and PopChips have gotten their gluten free certification in the meantime.. but I wanted to add something. Many celiac sufferers also have a sensitivity to dairy, and there are dairy ingredients in flavors of PopChips where you wouldn't expect to see them. I'm currently sick as a dog from eating their barbecue flavored...
