Hello community, Self diagnosed Celiac guy from Sweden here... Im writing this to approve that this is a real thing and NOT nescessarily a soy-allergy (not for me anyway) I have the same problems with Soya Lecithin as Gluten, so yeah its on my no-no list, I get the same inflammation in the body, and feel very feverish just the same as gluten...
