I have checked statistics and over 80% of those tested for celiac come out negative, so it is a difficult thing to prove to begin with. My test came out negative too, but I know I have dermatitis herpetiformis, my doctor diagnosed me even without an official test. After I cut out gluten I felt like a totally new person, so to me that is proof enough.... -
